The technology system managed by Insure Pro LLC that allows insurance providers to receive consumer leads and compensates partners for valid Actions.
All offerings provided by Insure Pro LLC through the Site and its Platform, including facilitating connections between users and insurance providers.
Insure Pro LLC provides you with a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access and use the Site in accordance with these Terms. By using the Site, you confirm that:

This limitation applies under all legal theories, including contract and negligence.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us by you in the past twelve (12) months.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any disputes will be handled exclusively in courts located within Colorado.
Before filing a legal claim, both parties agree to attempt resolution through written notice and discussion within thirty (30) days.
The prevailing party in any dispute is entitled to recover reasonable legal fees and associated costs.
JURY TRIAL WAIVER: BOTH PARTIES WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY DISPUTE RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT.
This Agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and replaces all prior agreements.
If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining provisions will still apply.
Failure to enforce any part of this Agreement does not waive future enforcement rights.
You may not transfer this Agreement without written approval.
This Agreement does not create a partnership or employment relationship.
Provisions that should remain in effect after termination will continue to apply.
